If convicted of the new charge, he faces up to six years in jail and deportation from the United States to Canada.

Tory Lanez faces a maximum sentence of 22 years if convicted on all counts.

After a fight in the Hollywood Hills, the 30-year-old rapper allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion’s feet.

The trial is expected to begin later this month, and Stallion characterized her injuries as “bleeding profusely.”
