Migos member Offset has claimed that he is ‘in a terrible place’ following the untimely loss of his cousin and fellow member Takeoff last month.

Cardi B, his wife, has stated that she feels ‘hopeless’ while attempting to help her husband as he mourns Takeoff.

Last month, Takeoff was cruelly shot and killed in Texas, and his alleged killer has been released from jail.

The pair is presently in Jamaica to celebrate his 31st birthday with friends and family, and they have gone on excursions while there.

In the country, the couple has gone zip lining, kayaking, and dancing with the locals.

Offset tweeted before the trip that he was “in a dark place,” an apparent reference to Takeoff’s death.

Takeoff, real name Kirsnick Khari Ball, co-founded Migos with his cousin Offset and uncle Quavo more than a decade ago.

Since Takeoff’s death, both remaining members of Migos have written heartfelt tributes to him, with Offset tweeting last week, “The agony you have left me with is terrible.”

Takeoff’s burial was conducted in Georgia on November 11th, with celebrities such as Justin Bieber and Drake in attendance.
