The most recent Mary J. Blige albums have been featured on film soundtracks. As the song appears on the Belly of the Beast documentary, her new single “See What You’ve Done” carries on the same theme. The soulfulness and hope are still there on the DJ Camper-produced song by The Queen of Hip Hop Soul.

On November 23 at 10 p.m. EST, PBS will debut Belly of the Beast, a documentary that chronicles the forced sterilization of Black and Latina women at Central California Women’s Facility. Erika Cohn was the director of the movie.
