Logic’s independent debut album College Park is expected to be released on February 24, and the first single features Lucy Rose.

The D.M.V. rapper muses on the hard reality of growing up in his PG County home on the introspective track, which is followed by a narration by Lucy Rose.

“Pick up the pen, never argue with men,” Logic says. “Only take up the stick when I have to defend / If I done it back then, I might’ve died / Know a nigga do a lot ‘cuz he a hothead.”

College Park is the follow-up to last year’s album, Vinyl Days, which was his final Def Jam release.
