Controversial podcast host and pundit Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been challenged to “come clean” about whether or not he utilizes steroids.

In a recent episode, Rogan talked about the demise of Liver King, a fitness figure who advocated a diet high in raw meat.

The Rock should be honest about his physique, said Rogan in reference to the recent revelation that Liver King had used steroids.

When the host turned to face Dwayne Johnson, he said, “The Rock should come clean right now.”

“He ought to create a video in retaliation to the Liver King clip. I must speak with you because The Rock has been telling lies.”

Rogan went on: “There is absolutely no chance that he is sober. Not in a million years. At age 50, am I as huge as The Rock? He’s enormous and drastically different from the man he was at age 30.”

There is a responsibility you have to the people who are listening to you, he said as he concluded his tirade. It’s one thing if you don’t want to discuss it.

But if you do discuss it, you have a responsibility to the people who are listening to you, and I believe that you must be honest about it, which is why I am. I don’t see anything wrong with using replacement hormones.

Due to Rogan’s reputation for being controversial, The Rock has not responded to his assertions, and many people have taken his speech with a grain of salt.
